Born from 120 years of heritage
Our story began 120 years ago, when the group traditionally operated across trading, retail, contracting, manufacturing and real estate. In 2018 the group restructured, realigning its business lines under three strategic verticals: project, retail and service.
The division was born in 2020 from the amalgamation of several existing project-based business units within the group.

How We Deliver
From drawing board to commissioning
The division was born in 2020 from the amalgamation of the group’s project-based business units, following the 2018 restructuring that aligned the group into three strategic verticals: project, retail and service. That consolidation put decades of contracting experience — including MEP and piling contracting expertise the group developed through the 2000s — under one roof.
The result is a single accountable partner for climate systems: the division designs, supplies, installs, tests and commissions complete HVAC installations for residential and commercial projects across Bahrain — from smart inverter split units for villas and retail spaces to centrifugal and screw chillers, air handling and fan coil units, and VRF Multi V 5 systems for zone-by-zone control.
